The FCVB Official Signing Period is November 16 - December 6, 2009:   Officially Signing On-Line  is recommended; However, applicants may also finalize Signing by completing FCVBC Registration Policies paperwork at the All-Member Meeting, Monday, December 7th, 2009, at Miller Middle School.  There, assigned coaches will have hardcopy 2010 FCVBC Member/Signing Policies in hand for your review and completion.

The FCVBC Registration Policies are designed for unilateral agreement and understanding of all-member conduct, ethics, and quality management expectations.  FCVBC requires all Members, and their parent/guardian to review, understand, and sign the FCVBC Registration Policie to be eligible for participation in any FCVBC Event, including practice sessions.   FCVBC Registration Policies encompass the 1) Payment Policy, 2) Parent Policy, and 3) Player Policy.
